Sure, there’s something to be said for letting yourself feel your pain. In our vulnerability, we discover incredible power, as Brene Brown discusses in her well-known video HERE. It’s important to honor whatever it is you’re feeling & not pretend to be anything than how you really are. Process is important, & we all have our time with it.
But who wants to get stuck in something that feels like shit? Not me, & I’m guessing you don’t either.
